Step 1 - Welcome meeting
Our Customer Success team member will meet you online before the
implementation process begins. They will introduce themselves and
walk you through the plan in detail, answering any questions you
may have.
Your Customer Success Manager will work with
you to align on the implementation, ensuring you go live with our
best practice setup so that you can get off to a great start.
Step 2 - Platform access
In order to proceed with the implementation process, we kindly
request access to your Content Management Platform.
This
is a vital step in the process as it allows our team to get
started on implementing the platform seamlessly into your website.
Step 3 - Synchronization and Setup
Firstly, we start the synchronization in order to establish the
data flow.
Then, we ensure that the design is simple
and that the best practice setup is prepared for your website
according to the agreement of the welcome meeting.
Step 4 - Approval
Once our Integration Specialists have completed the setup, your Customer Success Manager will schedule a meeting to present it for approval before going live with our products on your platform.
