A toast message is a small pop-up notification that briefly appears on your website, catching your visitors’ attention the moment they arrive. It’s a simple and effective way to encourage them to interact with Chat right from the start.

How Does the Toast Message Feature Work?

• The toast message appears when a visitor lands on your site.
• They can choose to close it by clicking the “X” or open the chat to start a conversation.
• Once they choose to close it, they won’t see it again while they’re on your site. Here’s how it’ll look:
