The upgrade amplifies good data but can’t fix poor data. To unlock peak performance, make sure your catalog includes:

• Descriptive attributes (e.g. brand, colour, size, gender, in_stock, on_sale).
• Clean, consistent values (e.g. “navy” vs “blue navy” vs “navy blue”).
• Up-to-date stock and pricing information.

Optimising Your Chat Configuration

• Add the most important attributes as filterable attributes in Chat settings.
• Review attribute spelling and capitalisation—they must match your feed exactly.
• Test common shopper questions and refine filters where needed. “Great data + the right filters = exceptional Chat results. With this release, that equation only gets stronger.”

• Log in to my.clerk.io → Chat → Settings.
• Confirm your filterable attributes cover the facets shoppers care about.
